Christy Desko is an intuitive, long-time Ayurvedic bodyworker and founder of Cazimi Spa in Portland, Oregon. FAQ —

Do I need any prior qualifications or trainings to be able to join?
Nope! You can join as a complete newbie to the healing world.
Do I need to be a massage therapist to give a Shirodhara treatment?
You shouldn’t, as long as you aren’t manipulating your client’s tissues via massage in any way in conjunction with the Shirodhara treatment. You can check with your local laws to be sure, as every city has unique laws around massage therapy. We will highly recommend this inside the training.
Do I need to purchase Shirodhara equipment & supplies now?
No! We recommend waiting until the course releases on July 1st & letting us guide you through all your equipment options before purchasing. That way you can make informed decisions.
How much money do I need to set aside for my Shirodhara equipment & supplies?
Shirodhara equipment is expensive, but most of it is a one time investment that will last you for life if you take good care of it. Inside the training we’ll give you insight on the most & least expensive way to set up. Those of you who already have a massage table will need to invest about $800 in your equipment on the low end — if you have a creative way to make your own Shirodhara stand, you’ll be able to save yourself around $400. The stand will be your biggest investment. If you don’t have a massage table, that will be another big investment ranging from $150-$500 depending on if you choose a new or used massage table.
Will it be self-paced?
Yes & you have lifetime access to the content! You can collect your equipment at your own pace & re-watch the demonstrations as many times as you need to practice.
