Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • We primarily ship within the United States but may offer international shipping by special request.

  • Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Tuesdays & Fridays, unless otherwise noted.

Damaged Items:
If your product is damaged during shipping, contact heal@innersunandmoon.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damaged item.

Shipping Addresses:
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us before shipment. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, and refunds/replacements are not available for misaddressed packages.

Carrier Liability:

  • Domestic shipments include $100 of USPS carrier liability. Refunds or replacements for lost items are provided only after USPS processes a lost package claim and approves payment.

  • If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, follow USPS guidelines here: USPS Package Missing. After that, resolution is between you and USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We cannot provide insurance for international shipments.

  • All international shipments declare the value of items.

  • Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

  • Refusal to pay import fees, failure to pick up the package, or return of the package to us does not qualify for a refund, nor will we reship without full payment.

  • If an international package is lost, we are unable to file claims or provide refunds or replacements. International shipping carries additional risks.
