The Art of New Mother Care is an 18-month initiation leading to your certification as a Botanical Postpartum Doula. This path is for the woman called to the Fourth Trimester—those ready to tend to mothers through the quiet power of plants and the restorative depth of bodywork.
Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and Western herbalism, this training is a return to postpartum care as a living, sacred art. It is a slow cultivation of your craft, intentionally designed to prioritize embodiment. We move the teachings from your intellect into your body, allowing mastery to settle into your bones over a full cycle of seasons.
