More info about the training —
This is a self-paced training consisting of several short video classes totaling just over 1 hour of class time with accompanying pdf notes to download. You will then need to make your own belly wrap cloth and practice belly wrapping yourself and a friend or family member. To get your certificate, you will take a final exam and submit photos of the practice belly wrapping you did on yourself and the friend/family member. The only additional purchase you’ll need to make to get your certificate is fabric to make your own belly wrap cloth. The bonus womb massage class is 1 hour 48 minutes long and includes a recipe for Ayurvedic womb oil and belly paste.
