Refund Policy For Products & Courses

All sales are final. If you feel we have made a mistake, please contact us & we will do our best to correct the error.

If a product gets damaged during shipping and your order arrives damaged, you can receive a replacement item if you contact us at within 24 hours of the receipt of your package. You must include in your communication with us a photo of the damaged item.

Refund & Cancellation Policy For Service Appointments

Customers are required to fully prepay for the service at the time of booking an appointment.

Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time are forfeited, will not be refunded, and cannot be rescheduled.

Refunds are not available after a service has been performed whether in person or remotely long distance.
