Refund Policy for Products

All product sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available at this time.

Exceptions / Errors:
If you believe an error occurred with your order, please contact us at heal@innersunandmoon.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.

Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, you may receive a replacement if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged item.

Refund Policy for Classes & Courses

All sales for courses, classes, trainings, apprenticeships, and mentorships are final. Exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not available, except for the following courses, which offer a 7-day money-back guarantee:

To request a refund, contact heal@innersunandmoon.com within 7 days of your original purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Service Appointments

All service appointments require prepayment at the time of booking. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available, but appointments may be rescheduled.

Rescheduling:
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

After Services Are Performed:
Refunds are not available after a service has been performed, whether in person or remotely.
