Approximately 16 hours of recordings of classes with Sarva to learn + become expert at giving Abhyanga to new mothers and women in general. These classes were originally held live in 2023 and are being shared as full recordings — unedited, embodied, and practical.

Approximately 2 hours of Q&A style recordings with Sarva focused on mastering this art + incorporating it into your massage-based doula or birth keeping practice..

Recording One
Introduction to post-birth abhyanga, choosing oils & herbal exfoliation powders + how to set up for the session

Recording Two
Holding space for the session, body mechanics, the initial oil application, + abhyanga for the head, hair, neck, shoulders, & ears

Recording Three*
The arms, hands, breasts, belly, legs, & feet

Recording Four*
Review + incorporating all that we’ve learned so far into abhyanga for the entire front of the body, from head to toes (This is position 1 of our full sequence)

Recording Five*
Sidelying (Positions 2 & 3 of our full sequence)

Recording Six*
The back, backs of legs, and feet (Position 4 of our full sequence)

Recording Seven*
The full sequence, combining everything we’ve learned into the full abhyanga sequence + utilizing warm towels

Incorporating abhyanga into your business + Q&A

You will receive a comprehensive supply list — Many supplies are required such as oil, oil bottles, a massage table or other space to give massage, linens, and the like.

Prerequisites

Attendees must be legally able to offer massage in their locality.
