Please read them carefully before using our website or participating in our programs.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in any courses or classes.
Use at Your Own Risk:
Your use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform (Squarespace) and take reasonable measures to maintain it, but we make no warranties regarding the safety or reliability of your individual use.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, and service marks, is owned by Inner Sun & Moon LLC or properly attributed third parties. Unauthorized use, modification, or reproduction of our content is prohibited and may result in legal action, including damages and injunctions.

By participating in any Inner Sun & Moon course, class, training, apprenticeship, or mentorship—whether purchased, scholarship-supported, or via work/study trade—you agree to the specific course agreement (if any) in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Independent Contractors:
Many of our teachers are independent contractors or guest instructors. Inner Sun & Moon LLC is not responsible for their content, errors, or omissions.
Use of Course Materials:
You are solely responsible for how you use any information or materials provided in courses, classes, or mentorships.
8. Refund Policy for Products
All product sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available at this time.
Exceptions / Errors:
If you believe an error occurred with your order, please contact us at heal@innersunandmoon.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, you may receive a replacement if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged item.
9. Refund Policy for Classes & Courses
All sales for courses, classes, trainings, apprenticeships, and mentorships are final. Exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not available, except for the following courses, which offer a 7-day money-back guarantee:

To request a refund, contact heal@innersunandmoon.com within 7 days of your original purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Service Appointments
All service appointments require prepayment at the time of booking. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available, but appointments may be rescheduled.
Rescheduling:
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
After Services Are Performed:
Refunds are not available after a service has been performed, whether in person or remotely.
11. The Directory
Individuals listed in our directory have completed programs offered by Inner Sun & Moon. Listing does not imply employment, endorsement, partnership, or ongoing affiliation.
Each practitioner operates as an independent professional and is solely responsible for their conduct, views, and services. Use your own discretion when engaging with any listed practitioner.
We do not tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or harmful behavior and reserve the right to remove directory listings or comments at our discretion.
12. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
We primarily ship within the United States but may offer international shipping by special request.
Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) on Tuesdays & Fridays, unless otherwise noted.
Damaged Items:
If your product is damaged during shipping, contact heal@innersunandmoon.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damaged item.
Shipping Addresses:
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us before shipment. Once shipped, we cannot change the address, and refunds/replacements are not available for misaddressed packages.
Carrier Liability:
Domestic shipments include $100 of USPS carrier liability. Refunds or replacements for lost items are provided only after USPS processes a lost package claim and approves payment.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, follow USPS guidelines here: USPS Package Missing. After that, resolution is between you and USPS.
International Shipping
We cannot provide insurance for international shipments.
All international shipments declare the value of items.
Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
Refusal to pay import fees, failure to pick up the package, or return of the package to us does not qualify for a refund, nor will we reship without full payment.
If an international package is lost, we are unable to file claims or provide refunds or replacements. International shipping carries additional risks.
13. Entire Agreement
By purchasing from Inner Sun & Moon LLC—whether in person, via email, social media, our website (https://innersunandmoon.com), or any other method—or by booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Once you consent, these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inner Sun & Moon LLC regarding your use of our website, products, services, courses, or related materials.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
