Why This Work Matters
Trauma — dysfunction, shock, pain, damage, accident, injury, surgery, undigested experiences, etc. — drives a wedge between your inner Sun and your inner Moon. Your conscious awareness’s ability to remain within the body. It severs the contact between mind and body.
That separation is the quiet root beneath procrastination, unbreakable habits, and the reflex to reach for relief outside yourself instead of feeling what's actually within.
This course is the return path back within.
The Framework

The Inner Alchemy Course is a live, 3-week mentorship program that helps you activate change within.
Your Inner Sun is your consciousness. Your Inner Moon is your body and its felt sense within. This course facilitates the stages required to bring these two aspects of our being back into contact with one another, activating and deepening your experience of Life.
FOUNDATIONAL MEDITATIONS
You will receive guided meditations that have never before been shared with the public. In our 3 sessions together, I help you reconnect and rekindle the relationship between your Inner Sun & your Inner Moon. By the end of this program, you will have a clear-cut method for stepping into the body, entering presence, knowing what brings your soul bliss and joy, and how to bring this quality into your life.
TOOLS FOR INNER TRANSFORMATION
You will be introduced to 3 powerful methods of inner transformation that have been practiced for hundreds, if not thousands, of years and can be implemented and practiced with ease. These Methods of Transformation are effective because they bring you into direct contact with the Secret Fire that is produced when your Inner Sun makes contact with your Inner Moon, inevitably initiating healing and transformation.

What Each Week Gives you
Week 1 — The Foundation
Friday, September 4th, 4:00-6:00pm PDT
Most of us live almost entirely in our heads, reacting to a body we've stopped listening to (our own). This week, you're introduced to the whole being — Core Consciousness Current, mental body, astral body, etheric body, and physical body — a working framework for understanding yourself, and learning to activate the light of the Sun within, to hold space for the Moon: your consciousness, finally coming into contact with your body.
You also receive your first tool for change: Transformation Method #1 — Inner Alchemy: The Secret Fire & The Power of Focusing, so you can start working with what you feel the moment you feel it.
Week 2 — Luminosity
Friday, September 11th, 4:00-6:00pm PDT
With your Sun and Moon in contact, you're ready for a framework of manifestation unlike any model you've ever encountered — because it doesn't start outside you and work inward; it starts in consciousness, through the felt sense of the body, and eventually outward through inspired action. This week, you balance your mental, astral, etheric, and physical bodies through Core Synchronism, while deepening the connection between your Inner Sun and Moon through simple, repeatable guided meditations.
Your second tool: Transformation Method #2 — Inner Alchemy: Active Imagination & Dialogue, so stuck sensations can finally speak, instead of becoming stagnant and condensing into problems.
Week 3 — Transformation
Friday, September 18th, 4:00-6:00pm PDT
In the last week, everything comes full circle — from the holistic model, from within to without, back to where we started: the relationship between your Sun and Moon. This week, you receive deeper knowledge of the body and the sensations required for manifestation through a repeatable process you'll return to for the rest of your life. This process can be practiced for healing the wedge that trauma has driven between your consciousness and your body, bringing them back into contact with the Self.
Transformation Method #3 — Inner Alchemy: The Transformational Laboratory, where everything you've learned becomes a practice you live.

Core Consciousness Current + Inner Male & Female — Discover how your consciousness expresses itself through the unified consciousness’s dual expression of Existence and Experience in this world of duality.
Initiating Intimacy Between Inner Male & Female — Guided meditations and daily practices to deepen your experience of life by cultivating intimacy between your inner masculine and feminine expression of the unified Self.
Golden Body Meditation — In an inner state of union, stabilize and neutralize your etheric body to achieve transcendental coherence — contact with infinite potential; the infinite unified field.
Transcendental Coherence — Visualize and feel within the body what brings your soul the most bliss and happiness as a blueprint for your Planetary Circles Meditation.
Planetary Circles Meditation — A guided meditation, done after achieving Soul Alignment, to actively shine your soul-aligned vision into reality.
All content is delivered live via 3 mentorship sessions held online in Zoom on Fridays — September 4th, 11th, & 18th — at 4:00 pm PDT. All sessions will be recorded if you aren’t able to join us live.
