Postpartum care is a living, sacred art.

When a baby is born, a mother is also born, and this immense transformation touches every single layer of her being: her physical form, her emotional landscape, her mind, and her spirit.
Because I am an artist at heart, I view postpartum care as a canvas of slow, intentional cultivation.
To truly tend to a mother in the fourth trimester, we have to learn how to hold space for & support the invisible layers—the pranic body, the emotional ripples, and the restructuring that touches the soul—as well as the physical body.
In The Art of New Mother Care, we cultivate exactly that. Over 18-months, we weave together Ayurvedic wisdom, Western herbalism, and restorative bodywork to build a caregiving craft that settles deep into your bones.
You do not have to fit into a standard mold to be a profound caregiver, you simply have to remember how to listen deeply to the body and work with nature.
