WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

The postpartum window is one of the most physiologically and emotionally significant periods of a woman's life, and our culture largely leaves mothers to navigate it alone. I do this work to be the person who stays, who tends to the mother so she can tend to her baby.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

I want to see a world where postpartum care is treated as sacred and non-negotiable, not as a luxury or an afterthought. When mothers are truly nourished, rested, and held, they can show up for their babies from a place of regulation rather than depletion, and that ripple changes families for generations.
