WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

I feel passionately about putting postpartum care on the map and growing a support network for women that can help hold them through their postpartum time, allowing mama to feel more empowered and for her and baby to feel thoroughly cared for so they can step out, in to the world from their sacred window, grounded, rested and truly nourished.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

Every mother we touch with this work has a part to play in changing the world. Imagine how different a mother’s energy will be if she’s stepping into the world with her new baby after a 6 week sacred window where her needs have been tended to and she’s felt supported and listened to. How that mother will continue her motherhood journey will likely be very different than if she were to feel exhausted, depleted and undernourished. Paying attention to a mother’s needs postpartum can literally change a mother’s output into the world.
