The 4-Layer Curriculum

• Layer 1 — Marma anointing: Locating and anointing core marma points with flower essences and essential oils for deep emotional and energetic integration.

• Layer 2 — Plant medicine: Sourcing, blending, and applying warm, mineral-rich botanical belly pastes and infused oils to soothe and rebuild the postnatal body from the outside in.

• Layer 3 — Infused cloth: Step-by-step guidance on making + hand-dyeing long cotton wraps using kitchen and garden botanicals like turmeric, marigold, and saffron.

• Layer 4 — The hold: Mastering the gentle, knotless wrap sequence that holds the mother's center tight while maintaining your own ergonomic alignment as a practitioner.
