How to use these oils—

Abhyanga is Ayurvedic warm oil massage.

Gently warm by placing your chosen bottle of oil in a bowl or sink full of hot water for 10 minutes. Gently massage into your skin from head to toe, always moving your strokes in the direction toward your heart.

Allow the oil to stay on your body for at least 20 minutes, or up to several hours.

When you’re ready, stand in the bath or shower and massage Rose Udvartana Powder into your skin. Rinse with warm water.

Rose Udvartana Powder

Rose assists in the processing of emotions and the impact those emotions have on the heart. Soothes and tends to broken hearts and offers us protection.

Udvartana is a body care practice in Ayurveda where soft fragrant herb powders are massaged into the body. It can be done on dry skin, or post-abhyanga on skin that has been covered in oil. It leaves the skin exfoliated and glowing with beauty.

Organic rose petal powder (Rosa centifolia), organic garbanzo flour
