1. Educational Purpose Only
These courses — The Conscious Natural Lifestyle: Philosophy & Praxis, Tending to Your Inner Garden, and As Within — So Without — and all associated materials including but not limited to written content, audio recordings, video recordings, guided meditations, workbooks, charts, reading lists, and supplementary resources — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The content presented in these courses is based on the historical philosophy and principles of Nature Cure and Natural Therapeutics as developed and documented by practitioners including but not limited to Henry Lindlahr, Benedict Lust, Antoine Béchamp, Gaston Naessens, and Randolph Stone. It represents one educational perspective within the broader field of natural health and is offered as such.
Nothing contained in these courses constitute, or are intended to constitute, medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or the practice of medicine in any form.
2. Instructor Qualifications & Scope
The instructor of these courses is a Natural Therapeutic Specialist and a graduate of the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, holding a diploma in Natural Therapeutics. The instructor is not a licensed physician, licensed naturopathic doctor, licensed healthcare provider, or registered medical professional in any jurisdiction.
The instruction offered in these courses falls within the scope of natural health education and lifestyle guidance. It does not fall within the scope of primary healthcare, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment. Students are responsible for understanding the distinction between natural health education and licensed medical or naturopathic care, and for seeking the latter where appropriate.
3. Not a Substitute for Medical Care
The information, practices, techniques, and principles presented in these courses are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. These courses do not replace the care of a licensed physician, naturopathic doctor, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Students are strongly encouraged to:
Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any significant changes to their diet, fasting practices, supplement use, or physical activity
Inform their existing healthcare providers of any natural therapeutic practices they wish to incorporate
Continue any prescribed medical treatment unless advised otherwise by a licensed healthcare professional
Seek immediate medical attention in the event of any acute, urgent, or emergency health situation
Under no circumstances should information or practices presented in these courses be used to delay, replace, or override the advice of a qualified medical professional.
4. Individual Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Natural Therapeutics is a system rooted in the principle of individual sovereignty over one's own health. In the spirit of that principle, and as a legal condition of enrollment, students acknowledge and accept the following:
You are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your health, lifestyle, and the application of any information or practice presented in this course
You assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes — physical, mental, emotional, financial, or otherwise — that may result from your engagement with this course material
You acknowledge that individual responses to natural therapeutic practices vary widely, and that no specific outcome, result, or improvement in health is guaranteed by enrollment in this course
You acknowledge that certain practices described in this course — including but not limited to fasting, hydrotherapy, dietary changes, and energetic or somatic practices — may not be appropriate for all individuals, and that it is your responsibility to assess your own suitability before undertaking them
You agree to exercise your own judgment, discernment, and due diligence in applying any information presented in this course to your personal circumstances
5. No Guarantee of Results
Results discussed, described, or implied in these courses — including testimonials, case references, or the instructor's personal experience — are illustrative and not typical. They are shared for educational purposes and do not constitute a promise, warranty, or guarantee that any student will achieve similar outcomes.
Individual results will vary based on numerous factors outside the instructor's control, including but not limited to: existing health conditions, lifestyle factors, consistency of practice, individual constitution, and adherence to the principles taught.
6. Jurisdiction & International Students
These courses are offered internationally. Students are responsible for ensuring that their participation in and application of course material complies with the laws, regulations, and professional standards of their own country, state, province, or territory. The instructor makes no representations as to the legal status of any natural therapeutic practice in any jurisdiction outside of the context of personal education and lifestyle guidance.
Nothing in these cours is intended to constitute the practice of medicine, naturopathy, or any other regulated health profession in any jurisdiction.
7. Sensitive Health Practices
Certain practices described in these courses — including fasting protocols, hydrotherapy, somatic and energetic bodywork, meditation, and subconscious-level inner work — may bring up strong physical, emotional, or psychological responses in some individuals. Students with a history of eating disorders, cardiovascular conditions, serious mental health conditions, trauma, or other significant health concerns are advised to consult an appropriate licensed professional before undertaking these practices.
The instructor is not responsible for any adverse physical, emotional, or psychological responses that may arise during or following engagement with course material.
