WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?
I do this work because I know from experience how vital it is for new mothers to recover fully and nourish themselves both physically and emotionally. I know how challenging it is in this time to look after yourself and how hugely depleting that is. And this is where I come in to fully support you so that you can replenish, restore and revive your weary body, mind and soul.
How do you want to see your work change the world?
By supporting new mothers my hope is to support change within the family dynamic right from the start -- paving the way for a new way of parenting. I want to cultivate radiant health for new mothers as opposed to the all too common picture of total exhaustion and 'running on empty.'
