WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

As an Ayurvedic practitioner, herbalist and yoga teacher with a lot of wonderful knowledge about the body, mind and spirit, no matter where you are in your journey, I have a multitude of tools in my tool belt to help women transition comfortably and fully supported through their different phases of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Being able to support women and provide a safe and nourishing space with the tools from Ayurveda is an honor and joy.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

It is every woman’s birthright to be supported during her transition into motherhood and during the sacred window. I hope that more women can come to know this and be held during this time.
