WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

To help create a longevity lifestyle for mamas in a corporate world who do desk jobs by providing corporate consultation programs for Ayurvedic postpartum support; to build foundations for thriving family relationships in my church community; to engage ladies in my apartment to work as a team to support mamas in our neighborhood.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

 I want to see healthier, happier children in my world. I want to see and be part of a thriving community. I want to create a holistic preventive healing framework to remove the total dependency on the medical system because of a lack of community support for new mamas.
