WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

My goal as a doula is that all birthing people are informed and supported in their decision making, surrounding their birth. I am the vessel that imparts that birth knowledge to them so they come out of the experience powerful and respected.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

It's my hope that enough people will divest from the medical industrial complex so that it is forced to change the way it handles birth as a pathology. I want undisturbed birth to be the norm, not medicalized birth.
