Assisting new mothers and their support systems to be equipped during the sacred window is essential. Helping mothers prioritize themselves naturally allows them to be the best mother they can be. Healthy, happy mamas result in healthy, happy babies.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

My goal is to make healthy, Ayurvedic cooking seem less daunting, and more practical. Cooking in general can seem like a nightmare, and when you add other elements to it, it can seem overwhelming and unrealistic. I want my work to make Ayurvedic cooking accessible for the everyday household.
