WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

After giving birth to my children, I experienced so much depletion and fatigue that I felt a strong need to learn about how to properly care for a healing, postpartum body. Ayurveda really resonated with me and I only wish I had studied it sooner. I want to use my knowledge to help other women/birthing people thrive postpartum and help this care become more available to my community.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

If I can help a mother thrive right from the start, her whole family will benefit for years to come. I want to change the world by helping families thrive.
