WHY DO YOU DO THIS WORK?

I believe that service is the active principle of love and that the dharma, the essence, of every living being is service. That service will be completely unique to each person. I feel that my service lies in taking care of, supporting and advocating for women and children (particularly in birth, health and lifestyle). I love nature, nature's medicine, Ayurveda and bringing that to the people in my life.

How do you want to see your work change the world?

In today's society it often feels that the natural ebbs and flows of life are neglected in pursuit of being productive. I would love for my work to influence more women to step into the power of honouring their yin energy and tuning in with their natural cyclicality. In nature, every season bears its unique characteristics and my vision is that more women appreciate, accept and adapt with their body in all her seasons.
